This dress has has beautiful, delicate, pearl-centered blush flowers on the top layer of this off-white colored dress. The tulle skirt is softly voluminous, and the double-strapped, low back lends a delicate feel.There are about 4 layers for the skirt in alternating lace and white/off-white colors. I made alterations to the dress including removing the train and adding cups in the bust. The top has a corset feel and highlights the top of your waist.
