The dress has NO alterations, only been tried on at the store. It comes with a beautiful belt (see pictures). Size 6, but can be altered! Beautiful train and beautiful lace on the dress. The dress fits like a DREAM and is very flattering in the belly and butt area :). I highly recommend this dress for anyone!
